All custom products that include personalization—such as images, names, text, or custom designs—are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a hassle-free replacement within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, please ensure the following:
Record a clear unboxing video showing the product’s condition at the time of delivery. This is mandatory to verify the issue.
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery, sharing the unboxing video along with your order details.
Eligibility for Replacement
Replacements are applicable only for products that are found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
Personalized or custom-designed products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping for Replacements
We will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement, so you don’t have to worry.
