Once we receive your order, we promptly begin manufacturing your selected products. After production, each phone cover undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our quality standards. Once approved, the covers are carefully packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

We aim to prepare, manufacture, pack, and ship your order within 24 hours, using the quickest available courier service for your location.

We take pride in our premium packaging. Each product is placed in CustomChics branded boxes to ensure secure delivery and safeguard it throughout the shipping process.

Tracking Your Order

Partial COD Confirmation Amount

For Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹99 confirmation amount is required at the time of order placement.
This amount is non-refundable, as it is used to confirm and process the order. This helps us ensure genuine orders and enables faster and smoother delivery for all customers.
